Developers are aware of the intermittent error some experience when attempting to access HR P.A.S.S. using AccessUH. Simply closing the P.A.S.S page after login without performing the logout procedure from PeopleSoft will sometimes affect the users attempt to re-open the site.

Reported HR P.A.S.S. page loading intermittently.Users who do not log out of P.A.S.S after accessing the site and subsequently attempt to revisit the page may experience an error.
Performing general logout procedures from PeopleSoft corrects the intermittent page loading issue.Users who do not log out of P.A.S.S after accessing the site and subsequently attempt to revisit the page may experience an error. Logging out of PeopleSoft before attempting to reopen the site, the preferred procedure, opens the requested page without issue.
